1. Acceptance of Terms

If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts and void all associated transactions.

2.3 Account Security

(PDRCI) in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Tagalog, as agreed by the parties, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting vjjl Casino customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days through informal negotiation, either party may initiate arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against vjjl Casino.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
